Thank you for shopping with James Jr & Jimmy Show. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered when you purchase from our store powered by Shopify.


Order Processing Time

All items are made to order.

  • Processing time: 2–5 days

  • Processing may occur on weekdays and weekends

  • Processing includes printing, quality checks, and packaging

Processing time is separate from shipping time.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Typical delivery times (after processing):

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 3–5 days

  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 days

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Shipping method selected

  • Destination


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address

  • Packages returned due to address errors

Returned packages may require an additional shipping fee to be reshipped.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, James Jr & Jimmy Show is not responsible for delays, loss, or theft caused by the shipping carrier.

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

Approved claims will receive a replacement at no additional cost.
