Refund policy

At James Jr & Jimmy Show, all items are made to order. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been placed.

Replacements (Our Fault Only)

We will gladly offer a replacement if the item you received is:

• Defective

• Damaged upon arrival

• Printed incorrectly

• The wrong item or size due to our error

If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A clear photo showing the issue

Once approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Replaceable Items

We do not offer replacements for:

• Wrong size selected by the customer

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

• Normal wear and tear

• Items damaged due to misuse or washing errors

Final Sale

All sales are final. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
